We started our basement and house remodelling journey with Lawson Development 3 months ago and it has been nothing less but a delight. William is extremely professional and guided us very well through the process, he obtained all permits and paper works. He managed everything so well and the whole process was seemless. We had William’s team finish our basement, which included a bedroom, bathroom, rec room, and kitchenette. William was great to work with and made sure that everything was done how we wanted it to be. We would definitely work with William again.

Had a great experience working with William. The basement came out great along with the tiling work in 2 bathrooms. Very good work quality. Giving a 4* only because of a miss in the estimate for the stair work, which was discussed vertically twice before contract signing but was missed in the contract. Overall, very satisfied with the work and would recommend.

The customer should know that our prices are very reasonable. We are transparent in our pricing and we break it down in the contract. Material, labor, etc. Our goal is to give the customer 100% satisfactory work at an affordable price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to establish relationships with our customers. Repeat customers are really important. We like to gain mutual trust. We go over the complete process with the customer. The project isn’t complete until the customer is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive experience in this field of work. All of our employees are trained and have a lengthy amount of experience. We’re a licensed company and we’ve done a numerous amount of jobs in every field under the Home Improvement umbrella.
