- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that our prices are very reasonable. We are transparent in our pricing and we break it down in the contract. Material, labor, etc. Our goal is to give the customer 100% satisfactory work at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to establish relationships with our customers. Repeat customers are really important. We like to gain mutual trust. We go over the complete process with the customer. The project isn’t complete until the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive experience in this field of work. All of our employees are trained and have a lengthy amount of experience. We’re a licensed company and we’ve done a numerous amount of jobs in every field under the Home Improvement umbrella.
