Mr Lawson and his did an amazing job finishing our home gym in the basement. The price was also great. Looking forward to using them for additional projects.

We started our basement and house remodelling journey with Lawson Development 3 months ago and it has been nothing less but a delight. William is extremely professional and guided us very well through the process, he obtained all permits and paper works. He managed everything so well and the whole process was seemless. Recently used Lawson Development Group to complete my unfinished based (1500+ ft) to include a bedroom, full bathroom, gym, storage and utility and library. And let me just say, professionalism at its finest and the quality of work was/is awesome. In full honesty, I did have an a very slight issues with the scheduling of work as it was sporadic at time. Just wish there was a set schedule for the work to be done. But none-the-less, there was constant communication, they worked with me, gave me exactly what I wanted, even with late minute changes, and the job was fully completed. The personnel are extremely polite and courteous. Thanks to Will and the team for a job well done! Best believe next time I have a major project, Lawson Development Group will most certainly be getting a call from me. Kudos and cheers to your team!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that our prices are very reasonable. We are transparent in our pricing and we break it down in the contract. Material, labor, etc. Our goal is to give the customer 100% satisfactory work at an affordable price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to establish relationships with our customers. Repeat customers are really important. We like to gain mutual trust. We go over the complete process with the customer. The project isn’t complete until the customer is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive experience in this field of work. All of our employees are trained and have a lengthy amount of experience. We’re a licensed company and we’ve done a numerous amount of jobs in every field under the Home Improvement umbrella.
