Bobby with Elite Wildlife Removal contacted me quickly, within 10 minutes of me submitting a request. Bobby was very cordial and professional. He quoted me a price and then offered me a discount for military service..much appreciated!!! So far so good, looking forward to him coming out tomorrow to remove this dead deer fromy yard!!!

This morning I encountered a scratching in my walls. My two cats were going bonkers chasing the sound. The area where it was coming from had no access from the inside. I began to call around for some help with what I thought to be a squirrel issue. After speaking to several answering services and determining that the majority of the companies that were listed as "local" we off shoots of larger companies. I received many "someone will call you backs" as well as appointments that were two to three days out. I then went to thumbtack and found Elite. Within minutes of my inquiry I received a message and a text. When I stated I was looking for an appointment ASAP, I was told Collin would be able to arrive in about two hours. That is the service I was looking for. Collin reached out quickly to confirm the ETA. As my day was going in the wrong direction from the start, I ended up getting t boned on my way back to the house. I let Collin know and he was able to work with me and begin the inspection. This is prior to any contracts or deposits. When I arrived home, Collin already had an idea as to where the entry point was. We completed a walk around and check of my attic and he provided an easy plan to address the issue. Within 3 hours of my call, traps were set, a plan was in place and my wife now has piece of mind that there will be no epic cat/squirrel battels in our house. Support a "locally" owned business and call these fantastic people when you need pest control!

While I ultimately didn’t need the pro to come to my home (the raccoon issue that I had worked itself out), the representative that I worked with was very helpful in answering my initial questions and making himself available in the event he needed to remove the raccoons from my property. He was also very personable and followed up to ensure that the issue had indeed resolved itself. If I do have another wildlife incident, I would certainly reach out to this service!

I had invasive birds nesting in my vents. The team was professional, had great communication and explained the job clearly.
