Professionalism
Initially, I was impressed by his professionalism.
He arrived on schedule, equipped with professional tools and quality materials. His manner was pleasantly cordial.
I noticed that he thoroughly examined and assessed the condition of my broken heavy gate and quickly explained what needed to be done for a perfect repair. Also, I am not skilled or handy with repair tools, so my wife and I appreciated that he explained what was necessary to make the gate easy to use and work like new and offered several options for efficient and reliable repair.
Punctuality
We appreciated that he could make an appointment that suited our weekly schedule. When he arrived, he had everything he needed to complete the job quickly and efficiently.
Value
Yes, I recognized the value in his workmanship, particularly in his practical use of time and materials. He helped us address a humidity issue that was impacting our walls in our basement. He did an excellent job and helped remediate the problem quickly and efficiently. Mikhail has also helped me with several other house projects, including plumbing and electrical.

Mikhail has handled several projects around my property over the last few months. He's efficient, skilled, and reliable. Everything from repairs, painting, electrical, and a variety of projects. Having recently purchased acreage with an old farm house of dubious provenance and multiple outbuildings, I honestly find him indispensable. His rates are also very reasonable, especially when you consider the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
