- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on number of guests and duration of event, as well as location and drinks being served.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer and I get on a quick 5-10 min phone call to discuss all the details and go over pricing. After the phone conversation, I send he quote via email.
