English and Spanish speaking. Hablo inglés y español. I am legally authorized to perform marriages within the Commonwealth of Virginia. I would love to be apart of your special day, and make it memorable. Religious and Non Religious, Justice of the Peace, Civil Ceremonies & Vow Renewals. Same day marriages, military, big/small weddings. Base rate is 120.00, I do not exceed 200.00. (Unless to travel an hour or more). Here to help assist within the courts, or answer any questions that you have :) Professional Photography is free of charge and comes with the service. I have a photographer that will take pictures for you :) **Pictures are taken using a professional camera! This is a gift and thank you for choosing us to be apart of your special day!** I do offer 10% military (active & veteran), and first responders discount. Monica was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, she was so quick to respond to my messages and answered every question I had (which was a lot!) nothing was too much trouble. Professional photography from her husband travis is included in the cost which is amazing. She curated a personal service just for us which made our wedding so special and unique. I would recommend her to anyone :)

Contacted Monica and she responded quickly, was open about prices, and explained everything to us offered us as much detail as possible, answered all our questions. She also assisted us with the court and what we needed to do. She was professional, on time, and gave us exactly what we were looking for. She did our wedding in English and in Spanish and took the time to ensure that everyone was accommodated within the wedding with the language barriers. She asked all the right questions gathered all the information she needed for the script for our ceremony, and it went exactly as we discussed it. It could be complicated at times to do English and Spanish within the same wedding, but she did it gracefully easy to understand clear and it was beautiful.

The base rate is 120.00, I truly believe in low-cost but quality personalized services :) this is why I include professional photography within the price NO additional charge :) it’s more than the money it’s about the connection, sharing in your special moments, and providing you a blissful beginning. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very direct. Straight forward. Professional. Respectful. Communication. Consistency. I prefer to speak at least through the phone once to ensure I have gathered and understand what the couple is looking for.
