What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the number of people for makeup. Travel fee will apply depending on the mileage distance from Chesterfield, Virginia.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the Client reaches out to me, I would ask the following information: What's the event they need makeup for? The location they will be getting ready at on the day of the event? How many total people need my makeup services? Are they interested in getting a makeup trial? Once we confirm everything, we would either do a trial first or they would just book me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified Professional Makeup Artist with over 17 years of experience the beauty industry. I have been certified with top makeup brands such as MAC Cosmetics, Armani Beauty, YSL Beauty, Dermalogica and Clinique. I am also Certified with Kett Cosmetics Airbrush System for my bridal and event clients that prefer Airbrush makeup for their big day. I am Licencsed Esthetician. Always take advanced training classes for my continued education in the beauty industry.
