- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be competitive as possible, I try to deliver quality work guaranteed every time I take on a job. I believe my work speaks for itself and I charge accordingly. sometimes a customer may not understand if we can do a job faster or simpler it doesn't necessarily mean it's easy. The experience and knowledge may play a factor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting new customers, I'm kind of a humorous guy with energy so I like different personalities. working with people is natural to me, I can say I'm good at it. once we've discussed the work it will be done then or scheduled to be done at a later date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience in the field, several companies before starting my own business.
