Alex was phenomenal- he was so professional and quick to respond! He troubleshooted the issue and ordered several parts as possible solutions. The issue was with my dryer not heating and there were 2 possible fixes. He ordered 2 parts in case one part didn’t fix the problem, he would have the other part to try without waiting on another part to be shipped. He is honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use Alex again and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for someone to repair their appliances/HVAC!!

Alex was able to stop by super quickly after I submitted a work request. He quickly diagnosed my fridge’s issue and was honest in recommending the best course of action (replacing the fridge rather than springing for repair). I would absolutely use Flexi Fix for additional repairs.

FlexiFix did a great job getting my washing machine repaired in a hurry and within 2 hours after calling. My machine was leaking water and FlexiFix vacuumed up all the water, showed me where the issue was coming from, explained what could have caused the issue in the machine and repaired it quickly.
