Just when you think honesty is dead and how hard it is to find an honest and professional company, who's thinking isn't how much can I get out of this job, along comes Alex. He helped us diagnose the issue over the phone even though Thumbtack had already charged him for the referral. Could have gotten $80 for the trip charge easy but helped us handle it all over the phone. When I need a repair or something similar, Alex @ Flexi Fix will be my only call. Top shelf honesty. These guys are great! They contacted me almost immediately, were able to come out the very next day and quickly diagnosed the problem.
