I messaged on Thumbtack on Sunday , Mike (Artic ) called me within 10 minutes or less. He came out on Sunday by 4:20 . Diagnosed my Samsung Dryer issue. Ordered Belt for it and returned on Tuesday with parts and fixed , repaired and tested the Dryer ! The costs was more than fair and reasonable. I’ll put his contact information into my phone for the future. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it all went. High Praise to this Appliance Technician!

My fridge broke Friday afternoon and Mike responded almost immediately after my request for service. He showed up Saturday morning to diagnosis the issue. He ordered parts and had it repaired within the week. Saved me from having to buy a new appliance.

Excellent service. Went far beyond my expectations to troubleshoot and isolate the problem with my dryer that would no longer turn on. Once I decided it was cheaper to replace than repair my 20-plus year old dryer, he assisted with finding, purchasing, and the delivery of a similar dryer. I haven't seen this type of service since the 90's. I highly recommend and will use this company again.

The technician from Arctic Appliance worked very hard to get an LP gas conversion done on my new stove. He ran into some problems but stuck with it. He didn't leave until the job was finished to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.
