Cindy, I’m sorry that you are dissatisfied with the services you received. We offer a guarantee on our cleaning services and I assured you we’d make it right. I re-scheduled same day with you to come back to your home and re-do areas you informed me were not completed. However, when the cleaner showed up, you were not home, nor did you inform us you wouldn’t be there. I tried to reschedule with you two more times and you decided you didn’t want us to come back out. This was over a month ago and I’ve done everything on my end to work with you accommodate you.

We have flat rate pricing based on the type of cleaning, number of bedrooms/bathrooms and any extras you'd like to add. For our Thumbtack customers, we offer a percentage off your initial cleaning and additional discounts for recurring services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go above and beyond to meet our customer's expectations and do the job right the first time. If our finished process does not meet your expectations, we offer a free re-clean as part of our "Happiness Guarantee".
