I made a booking on the 21st of December that was confirmed for today, the 26th of December. After not receiving a confirmation an hour beforehand I contacted The Cleaning Girl asking if she was still coming. Just a few minutes before she was due to come, she responded saying that she was on vacation. I said I had to get the deep cleaning done today because I have an inspection tomorrow and asked why’d she send the initial confirmation when she wasn’t going to be able to make it. She didn’t respond and has not come to do the job. This is terrible customer service and has really screwed me because I can’t get anyone else in to take care of this on such short notice.
