- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Xactimate pricing, the same pricing structure used by insurance companies. This means that even if your project isn’t covered by insurance, you won’t be charged more than what the insurance companies would pay for similar services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond rapidly by phone offering suggestions for immediate aid, and thoroughly explain our processes. We then proceed to dispatch an emergency service tech to arrive within 2 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Right Now Restoration carries a current IICRC, HMR certification. These are rigorous courses and ensure that our emergency crews are always equipped and ready to handle mold and wader damage, and other emergencies.
