After reading reviews about their work, we invited Premium Home Design to bid on renovating our primary bathroom and creating a closet on the other side of the bedroom. This was a total gut job, combining two rooms, jackhammering (we live on a slab) etc. We set a date to meet and they showed up, took detailed notes on the job, and within a few days delivered an estimate for the job, along with a 3d rendering of what the job would look like, once finished. The estimate was in line with what we were being quoted, and it fit our budget, so we hired Premium Home Design to do the job. We are very happy that we did. Sefik and TK are very easy to deal with...very respectful and likeable guys. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked all day. They were very good and Jouhghan (I know I'm not spelling that right) is obviously very talented.
The time frame was quoted as 3 weeks. They completed the work in 2 weeks and we're very happy with the results. There were a couple of hiccups but they were quickly resolved. One thing worth noting...the glass panels for the shower were shipped incorrectly. They had to be returned and re-ordered. The glass arrived on Feb 18. They called and said they would be there the next day to install, knowing full well we were in for a snow storm. They showed up at the beginning of the blizzard and finished installing the glass in a storm where we got 13" of snow. How's that for commitment?
We give them 5 stars not because everything was perfect, we don't believe in perfection. But if you have a company willing to keep their word, do their best and not stop until you are happy with the result... that's pretty close. We would definitely hire them again.

Working with Sefik and his team was an absolute pleasure. From the design phase to the demolition and construction stages, they were meticulous in their work and didn’t stop until every small detail was perfectly completed. The team didn’t just finish the job and leave—they came back several times, without us even asking, to ensure everything was still flawless. Such dedication and professionalism are truly rare to find. If I could give 6 stars, I would, but I’ll have to stick with 5! I highly recommend them.

Working with the designer was a wonderful experience. he provided me with their creative concepts and ideas which enhanced our style. they spent a considerable amount of time understanding what we wanted and then took a change blending my thoughts and style into the finished product. They provided us with two or three ways to solve problems and enhance our project. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a beautiful home.
