The job has now been completed as of 6/19/20. The project started 5/4/2020 and although time frame to complete was suppose to be 4 weeks, there were delays. The weather did have an impact, but there were also delays with sub workers hired to complete drywall, electrical and plumbing. The end product is very well done and beautiful. My only suggestion if considering this company is to make sure you fully explore what items you are expected to provide and what the estimate has. I was surprised at some of the items I provided and paid for with regards to hardware etc. The other issue was having to search "on line" for tile and flooring options. Arnold had no flooring samples available, so I had to go to Home Depot myself to choose. The same issue with lack of tile samples, however due Covid 19 I could not go to the location and made my choice from the internet. He did provide samples of what I chose. I feel after 7 years in business there should have been more samples choices other than pictures on the internet.
