- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give multiple dog discounts on boarding and on training. I also give discounts on boarding for clients that went through a training package. Prices ranging from $65-$2450 depending on the length and training package chosen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually reaching out with a phone call, or text message. I like to set up a consultation to meet the owners and pets before deciding the best program for dogs and their owners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years working under a master trainer. I also received a BH on one of my personal dogs.
