- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never charge a service fee with a repair. If the appliance is not repairable, you owe us nothing! We also offer discounts for seniors and military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial visit to determine the best repair options. We stock some commonly used parts such as drain pumps, heat elements, dryer parts and ranges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have degrees such as B.S. in computer science and M.eD. Samsung and LG trained. In service since 2017.
