Frank was the technical that came to my home. He was very professional and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and explained what he needed to do to repair my dryer. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service. My only complaint about Elite 360 is that the labor was $200. That is very expensive just to fix a broken dryer belt.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never charge a service fee with a repair. If the appliance is not repairable, you owe us nothing! We also offer discounts for seniors and military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial visit to determine the best repair options. We stock some commonly used parts such as drain pumps, heat elements, dryer parts and ranges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have degrees such as B.S. in computer science and M.eD. Samsung and LG trained. In service since 2017.
