I hired Kenny to remove fiberboard ceiling tiles, install ceiling drywall, replace 3x light fixtures, and paint my 800 sq/ft apartment. He did an absolutely phenomenal job and was available on a tight schedule. I am so appreciative of how quickly he was able to get the work done (within 2 weeks) and how easy it was to communicate with him throughout the job. He shared updates and photos of his progress, which I really appreciated as I was not able to be onsite. If you are looking for help with any contracting job, look no further! Kenny is an absolute legend.

WKenny was very responsive when I reached out and accommodating of an urgent service request, which I greatly appreciated. However, the quality of the work did not meet expectations—there were unpainted surfaces, unfinished walls, and other requests that were not completed. After I shared feedback, Kenny returned to address the issues, which shows he honored his word. While I was still not fully satisfied with the final results, I do value that he made the effort to come back and make improvements. One additional concern is that while his team was onsite, my toilet overflowed and the seat was left unclean. This caused damage that impacted my downstairs neighbor, resulting in extra costs for me. I don’t place full blame on Kenny or his team (as they said they were unaware), but it was an unfortunate incident that added to the overall experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I either charge an hourly rate or a set price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask for pictures and details before arriving so we are prepared before we arrive for our first in person consultation. We then stop by for an in person consultation and assess damages and provide estimates all at no cost. After we agree to a budget, we typically ask for 20-30% of the cost up front for material costs, provide the clients with receipts than proceed to do great work!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received an associates degree in applied sciences from PVCC in 2014.
