I hired Kenny to remove fiberboard ceiling tiles, install ceiling drywall, replace 3x light fixtures, and paint my 800 sq/ft apartment. He did an absolutely phenomenal job and was available on a tight schedule. I am so appreciative of how quickly he was able to get the work done (within 2 weeks) and how easy it was to communicate with him throughout the job. He shared updates and photos of his progress, which I really appreciated as I was not able to be onsite. If you are looking for help with any contracting job, look no further! Kenny is an absolute legend.

I hired this pro to install a new kitchen sink faucet. He was very responsive when we messaged about price and time. He was a little delayed on the day of the project, but he warned me in advance that he was running late, which I greatly appreciated because I was able to work something else into my schedule. He arrived ready to work and got right to it. He was quick, efficient, and when finished he alerted me to something I needed to be aware of. He even took a few minutes for me to discuss a few other projects with him. I plan on using him for future projects and definitely recommend him.

I either charge an hourly rate or a set price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask for pictures and details before arriving so we are prepared before we arrive for our first in person consultation. We then stop by for an in person consultation and assess damages and provide estimates all at no cost. After we agree to a budget, we typically ask for 20-30% of the cost up front for material costs, provide the clients with receipts than proceed to do great work!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received an associates degree in applied sciences from PVCC in 2014.
