Highly recommend Drathena Mechanical. I hired them to move the HVAC return vent to the other side of my house and replace a lot of rusted ducts. Their crew got the job done in the time I needed and gave me a great price. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Our HVAC was loud because of the previous return location and now it is quiet. We will hire them again if more work is needed in the future.

Prompt & responsive: I was contacted the same day as my request. Dennis asked questions about the job (another place sent me an automated response that made it very clear they hadn’t read my request). Reasonable and fair: I had asked him to completely redo my basement vents and he told me I just needed them screwed in correctly, there was nothing wrong with my existing vents and the insulation looked fine. I feel he charged a reasonable price, did the job quick, and was very transparent. He also taught us about the dampers and pointed out we should open one of the higher floors more. Would recommend the experience.

Working with Dennis and his partner (unfortuantely I did not catch his name) was an excellent experience. I had been having issues with my bathroom exhaust draining back down through the vent and onto the floor as well as destroying the drywall around it. Dennis was quick to respond to my inquiry and to come out and give me an estimate. If anything I feel like he undervalued his work. He did an excellent job for the price. He also maintained complete professionalism and respect. I have zero complaints about the work that was performed and he went above and beyond to explain things and to take and provide pictures per my request so that I could provide them to another company that was working on my house at the time. Dennis was quick to follow up and make sure I was satisfied with the work performed and to ensure any and all leaks were taken care of, both the initial problem with the ventilation and to ensure there were no issues after heavy rain. I cannot recommend Drathena Mechanical enough. They handled the problem when no one else seemed to be able to. 5+ stars.

Excellent service. He was knowledgeable, was able to figure out the quirks of my equipment which was non standard, was kind and patient throughout the multi hour work and handled a lot of the miscellaneous parts and utilities so it was very low hassle for me. Gave me a fair and honest price and was able to schedule it much earlier than I expected. Highly professional and I would definitely recommend!
