I highly recommend Founders Insulation if anyone is considering any insulation work. The communication with the company was easy and smooth. Jeff is the estimator and he is a true professional. He came on time and did a thorough examination in the attic. Jeff didn’t upsell me anything. He told me I had options and it would be up to me to determine what worked for me better. He was there to provide me information to make a good decision. The estimates came on the same day and Jeff answered my questions swiftly. I didn’t choose Founders Insulation due to my current circumstances. However, they are definitely a strong contender.

Their onsite estimator was the best of 4 I got quotes from. Knowledgeable and practical his advice was sound and useful. Their quote was competitive- neither the cheapest nor most expensive but went with them a hey instills the most confidence of getting spray foam install done correctly. Installers were punctual and professional. Install looks great a was as expected.

I am doing a remodel on my home and carefully vetting every trade that comes in. Founders Insulation has been one of the best and easiest contractors I have worked with. Friendly, courteous, showed up on time, and did an outstanding job insulating my addition. Price was fair and the quality is excellent. Cant recommend them highly enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an Americans Serving Americans discount for law enforcement, first responders, and current/former military members. All of our pricing is based on the specific solutions required to improve the comfort and energy efficiency of your home. Pricing will vary based on the solution, and the size of the area that needs to be worked on.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will consult over the phone first, and we talk through the problems that your home is experiencing. On that phone call, we can walkthrough our process and discuss our solutions to these problems, and afterwards we will schedule an energy assessment. One of our energy experts will visit your home or business at a predetermined time to take a look at your areas of concern, or find the areas of concern if you aren't certain beforehand. An estimate will be provided that same day, with options, and you will be able to talk through those options with our expert to see what combination of products may best suit your specific needs.
