- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an Americans Serving Americans discount for law enforcement, first responders, and current/former military members. All of our pricing is based on the specific solutions required to improve the comfort and energy efficiency of your home. Pricing will vary based on the solution, and the size of the area that needs to be worked on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will consult over the phone first, and we talk through the problems that your home is experiencing. On that phone call, we can walkthrough our process and discuss our solutions to these problems, and afterwards we will schedule an energy assessment. One of our energy experts will visit your home or business at a predetermined time to take a look at your areas of concern, or find the areas of concern if you aren't certain beforehand. An estimate will be provided that same day, with options, and you will be able to talk through those options with our expert to see what combination of products may best suit your specific needs.
