Jesse and his team were amazing !! He made some great recommendations and his work was impeccable. My deck looks fantastic. I would highly recommend using Jesse. He was fast to respond, pricing was definitely reasonable and his work was top notch. His team did a great job keeping everything cleaned up as they were working.

Jesse was fantastic to work with. He was able to come in, identify the issue(s), and then present options to resolve. All throughout, he was informative without being pushy, polite in his interactions, and professional in his work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of materials has gone up in recent months… I would recommend saving a few months/years and getting what you want rather than what you can afford today. Save another year and get your dream deck!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Educate, educate, educate… an educated customer will make good decisions and have a better experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is your budget? Wood will always be cheaper.. than Trex pvc decking, vinyl and aluminum. BUT, you have to maintain wood, so factor that cost in every couple years. Usually, Trex pays for itself in less than 5 years.
