Ark Design worked with us on a deck replacement project for a very reasonable price. Raymond himself did the architectural plan and coordinated with his structural engineer to complete the structural calculations and drawings. We received city building approval in our first go, without having to modify anything we submitted. Raymond was super responsive and highly professional in his dealings with us.
