FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on different criteria. It is based on quality product, design of the job, and the time it takes to complete the project. The best way for me to give you a price is to asses the project and fix the problem. I prefer to communicate face to face and see the project for myself. We give free estimate to asses the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first get a customer, we will come to the house to give a free estimate. There we will be able to see the problem, see what needs to be done, and talk about possible solutions with the customer. After assessing the project, we will go to our vendors and get pricing for different materials that could be used. Once we have that pricing, we will send an estimate (through QuickBooks) that has three estimates. These estimates are based the different materials found. Once the customer picks the estimate they would like to move forward with we will send an invoice through QuickBooks. This is where the customer will sign, and we will sign and the project will then move forward. We ask for 50% down at the beginning to buy materials and necessary items and 50% at the end after the project is complete. If the project takes more time and is more labor intensive than we will ask for 1/3 payment at the beginning, 1/3 in the middle, and 1/3 at the end.
