He assembled four tall IKEA PAX frames badly - after arriving an hour late. I had sent him two instruction videos from YouTube and the link to our design and he assure it was no problem for him and to let him do it his way. He did not read the instructions. This task took him from 9:45 until 6:15 with one lunch break and one trip to the store for a broken tool. He missed a critical step. We paid hourly, cash $500. He did not finish the job, even basically. He did not install the stabilizing rubber legs that came with all the cabinets, and in the two he did, he broke them (see photo) which means they cannot be made level. We do not know how we can fix this. We will also have to install all shelves and drawers and doors on our own. Furthermore he left the place a mess with cabinet parts all mixed up in piles. He installed the cabinets (two sized cabinets) in reverse order from our design provided to him. We want a full refund.
