Exceptional attention to detail. Superior craftsmanship. Simple explanations.
I had some problematic mixed material doors that were breaking their hinges. Had 3 "door and window" people from Thumbtack come by to look at them. Everyone said "yes I can fix it" but couldn't actually explain what the problem was. JR showed up, diagnosed the problem and then scheduled the repair visit.
Doors are working flawlessly now.

My door installation looks great. Function as it should. I would've given 5 stars but my lock was damaged by the installer and I had to replace it. I was promised he would repair it but he did not so I had to pay $160 for a new deadbolt.
