We had a last minute need for a faucet replacement, a valve replacement, and a separate faucet leak. Didn’t start out great; he was an hour late and hadn’t communicated that we needed to have all the parts on hand. But he more than made up for it with outstanding work quality, sincere professionalism, uncommon responsiveness, and exceptional value for the service. He made a run to Home Depot for parts while his partner continued the job. And they had no hesitation at all to return and make things right when I noticed a very slow but steady leak out of the U pipe. I’d absolutely hire them again.
