I choose this service after reading the reviews and seeing how happy people were with the service they received, unfortunately this was not what I experienced. Silvia was hired to do a move out cleaning. I was doing errands and came back after the first two floors were done. The rooms that had been done looked and smelled clean. As I had more errands to run, I paid her asking her to lock the door after the bottom floor was complete. Well, shame on me. The bottom floor was vacuumed, but the floor was not washed, the baseboards not dusted, and cobwebs left on the walls. The bottom floor, where people would walk in, did not look nor smell cleaned. This was a dishonest service that did not complete the job they promised to do.
