Dalia is amazing . First she accommodated me last minute when my original plans flopped . She didn’t complain she got my order and my vision for the night down perfectly. She even offered /picked up roses and everything for the set up , to make my day easier . She responds back to you very quickly. She was on time , prepared and set up my table for my anniversary dinner. She set the roses up along with all the dinner placement settings everything was just beautifully done . She did not allow myself and my husband to lift a finger . The food was delicious and out of this world ! She cleaned the dishes, wiped down everything . She made sure after she was gone I would just be able to relax . Wonderful people skills, and such a positive and pleasant attitude . Also the price was very reasonable and worth every last dollar . I will definitely be using her service again !

Dalia is a very kind and sweet woman. She was kind enough to agree to take my job when I had a cancellation from another professional. She did not overcharge me or try to be unfair because of that, which I truly appreciate. The food was plated beautifully and executed my vision for the event perfectly. She offered her help to me to finish setting up, which I thought was above and beyond for her to do. I would caution that should you hire Dalia, you be sure to give her clear instructions on every detail of your job/event. Please include necessary arrival times, specific food temperatures and any additional specific instructions for your event. Unfortunately for my event, Dalia arrived later than we agreed to, she undercooked our steaks and plated the food too early which created a temperature issue where all the guests plates had to be reheated in the microwave. The garden salad was good, and the shrimp, potatoes and spinach were good, but were hard to enjoy because they were cold. She was kind enough to stay and clean up, but attempted to handle the food with the same gloves she was washing the dishes with, and began to put all the guests leftover food into ONE container instead of separate ones for each of them to take home.
