I contacted JP Plumbing to come out and replace the P-trap on our bathroom sink and they replied very quickly. Ismael came out the very next morning and got the job done! He cut out our old p-trap, replaced it with a new (and much better) one, and installed the mechanism we had for a new pop up sink drain. He was very kind, efficient, and did great work- highly recommend!

The dispatcher contacted me minutes after my request on a Sunday night - very much appreciate the quick response. On the next day, Ernesto arrived around 30 mins before the appt window and quickly diagnosed the problem, offered options to proceed, and provided reasonable estimates.
