Price, professionalism, quality and satisfaction is what I received in my dealings with Fred and his team at Vanquish Home Services. I had Vanquish come out and inspect my deck and my fence because I noticed one of the posts underneath was rotting at the ground level, one of the supports underneath near the stairs was also rotting and my fence gate and some posts were in bad shape. Fred came out and found two more posts underneath the deck that were in bad shape also. I was prepared to hear I should just replace the deck and fence but Fred told me that wasn’t needed. He said he could replace the posts and install them correctly, replace the support near the stairs and he could straighten up the railings. Then he said the gate had been built incorrectly for the fence and suggested replacing all of the fence posts, gate and then power washing in sealing everything. This is what I had Vanquish Home Services do for me. From the honesty and professionalism down to the quality and hard work of his crew, this experience was great all the way around. During the project I also had them put blown insulation in attic and do some garden boxes out front. Fred came by the house daily to inspect the work being done to make sure it was what we had spoken about. His crew was fantastic and knew their craft. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Vanquish Home Services for other work and I probably will down the road.

We chose Vanquish to remove our old deck and replace it with a patio. What an outstanding company to work with! Great communication every step of the way. Marlon, In particular, was very responsive to every question we had and always had the best suggestions. The job was completed quickly, and the workers who came were very friendly and they did an excellent job taking care of our property from beginning to end. I highly recommend Vanquish. I’ll be using them again. I will add photos soon

All houses are constructed differently. In order to get the most accurate pricing a project manage would have to see the job for themselves. We provide a no obligation, hassle free estimate in order to inform our customers of the project details, best way to go about it, and of course pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers and do whatever is necessary to go above and beyond before, during and after the project. Were available to go over the scope of the project, design plans, colors, pricing, financing. Anything we can help with, that why we're here.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews have over 20 years experience in the Home improvement industry. We also do ongoing yearly training with our manufacturers in order to keep up to date on the new techniques, tools and codes in the marketplace.
