We love our windows! Jonathan was wonderful to work with. We replaced 6 new windows in our home and have been very happy with them. The crew completed the job in a little over half a day. Would use them again!

Star Home Improvements recently installed 13 windows in our home, and we cannot express how thrilled we are with their quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism. We had a very positive customer experience from start to finish, and we highly recommend Star Home Improvements to anyone needing work done to their home.We are readying our 19-year-old home for near-future sale. All our homes south-facing windows were in bad shape with glass discoloration and broken seals. Roland worked with us to come up with window solutions that would add value to the home but not deplete the getting-house-ready-for-sale funds we set aside which is very tricky when having to replace windows in a kitchen sunroom!The installation crew arrived on time, kept us updated on the job status, and left our home spotless. We were billed exactly what was quoted. We regret not reaching out to Star Home Improvements to have these windows done sooner because our new windows are gorgeous and really beautify our home!

The project was a porch ceiling in an exterior wrap porch. I requested soffit type material to be installed. Roland Hook the owner knew exactly what I wanted (most other vendors had no idea what I was talking about). Two installers took approximately 1 day for the install. It looks great, Thanks Roland.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our lower overhead is the key to better pricing! We are able to consistently offer the highest possible quality products for home exteriors, including sliding glass doors, entry doors, siding and windows, at the lowest possible prices consistent with quality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial visit is typically brief and includes a personal introduction to discuss your needs and an opportunity to measure the windows, siding, etc. A proposal is then prepared at our office and emailed the same day to the customer. If our pricing is within your budget, a second appointment is made to review product choices, options and installation schedules. Prices are good for 90 days
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this field since the mid '90's and can make the suggestions and design the solutions to meet almost any need. Our installation company is employee-owned and has 50+ years in this market exclusively installing quality products for residents in Virginia. Our quality and experience are on display, every day!
