- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Local moves are charged by the hour: Two movers and a truck: $125 per hour Three movers and a truck: $185 per hour Four movers and a truck: $225 per hour Furniture padding supplies, protective wrapping, and furniture disassembly and reassembly are included. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can ***********************************************. One of our managers will then call to discuss the moving date, pickup and delivery locations, inventory, access conditions, requested services, and any other important details. If everything looks correct, the customer can confirm the reservation by submitting a $100 booking deposit. This process applies to both new and returning customers. Our training includes safe lifting and carrying techniques, proper furniture wrapping and protection, efficient truck loading, furniture disassembly and reassembly, packing and unpacking, and careful handling of fragile, oversized, and heavy items. Our crews also receive ongoing training in workplace safety, customer service, and damage prevention.
