The team from MNG Movers was quite simply exceptional. This was one of the best moving experiences I’ve had and I’ve had close to twenty packouts (I’ve lost count) over the past 45 years. First, I have to commend Moogy and MNG for their responsiveness. Excellent communication was the hallmark throughout. Next a word on pricing. Their price was so fair and so reasonable I was hard pressed to believe it. Compared to the other companies that I asked for quotes they were incredibly reasonable. One company was over five times their rate. Others were double or more. What a difference! Then there was the quality of their work. They took such care in wrapping our furniture, protecting all of our art work, and packing things into the storage pod. They were meticulous and respectful of our belongings and professional in their approach. They arrived on time and completed the entire effort, including helping me to move around furniture for showing our property, in eight hours. Despite the horrible heat they worked quickly and steadily through the day. i can’t say enough good things about MNG movers. Just make sure that they are one of the companies you talk to for a move in the DMV.

They were great! Yes they took smoke breaks but what did I expect for a 14 hour move? working every second? They did scuff an IKEA item but offered to knock it off the cost. They also have a weird no personal check but a credit card has a 6% transaction fee. so be aware of that. They charged a very affordable price and they were very nice and kind and very hard working. They got some very heavy objects (massage chair and sofa with 2 electronic recliners) around some very tight corners without nicking the walls.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Local distance moves are charged based on the hour of the job! Two men's jobs cost $110/hour; three men's jobs cost $150/hour; and four men's jobs cost $195/hour. Additional fees may apply depending on the customer's special request or needs! Please call or ***************** to receive an accurate quote!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will submit a request for a quote via online, preferably **************************. Then, one of the managers will contact them through a phone call to discuss date availability, start and end location, inventory, and any other necessary details, and answer any questions the customer may have. After, the customer receives a new email included an accurate price estimate, in which they can look over and bring up any questions or concerns. If all information is good to go, the customer will submit a booking deposit ($200). This process goes for all of our customers, new and repeating. Typically new customers have more questions and we're more than happy to answer them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are professional movers! Our crew members have been trained through the Virginia Movers and Warehouse Association. We have over 10 years of experience working in this industry.
