Technician gave me his honest opinion about repairs needed and did not try to sell me on additional parts that may have costs more than the machine itself. He offered to fix all of my issues but cautioned about the price exceeding the value. I appreciated that honesty and will definitely use them again.

As an engineer I can tell you that Abdul knew his stuff. He was very knowledgeable, professional at troubleshooting and an all around “good guy”. I really got value for my money and it was very convenient that he came to my home to do the repairs!

Abdul was great and I plan to use him in the future and recommend him to friends and family. I originally chose him because I saw he used to work for Sears and I loved the company and used them for everything. My riding mower wouldn’t start and needed some tuning up. Adbul was quick and efficient. He even explained things to me that I wasn’t aware of and told me how to make sure the mower stays in good condition. He’s very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Whatever I can’t fix myself, he will definitely be my go to.
