- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored based on the scope of the project. Most clients fall into one of five investment tiers, ranging from $20,000 to $300,000+, which includes everything from licensing to design, furnishings, and full setup. We’re transparent about all costs and will help you build a realistic, profitable Airbnb business aligned with your goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a detailed intro call to understand your goals and property. Then, we complete a property walkthrough (if local), conduct a full analysis of licensing needs, market positioning, and revenue potential. From there, we build a custom project plan, manage design and setup, list your property on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, and handle all day-to-day operations through our comprehensive property management service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder, DaJuan Pitts, has over a decade of experience in property management and is a licensed REALTOR® in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He has managed both affordable and conventional multi-family housing and brings deep expertise in operations, compliance, and market analysis—essential for launching successful short-term rentals.
