- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - FREE Consultation Session Let's meet and discuss your goals. Everyone's fitness goals are unique, lets take a moment to gather specific information about you, so we can craft the best strategy to keep you motivated and successful. Step 2 - Evaluation Session We all start somewhere. This session serves as a baseline session where I record and evaluate your current fitness level and establish a starting point for your training plan. Step 3 - Comprehensive Program Time to move. Once we have determined the approach, we begin your customized program, combining healthy eating and fitness training.
