Amanda really does do it all! She did a beautiful job cleaning out my garage and my deck and surprisingly was able to thoroughly power wash my siding and deck. She went way above and beyond, and looked for ways to save me money. Other than that she was very flexible as I kept changing my mind about what I wanted her to do. I plan on continuing to hire Amanda as other projects arise. In addition to the quality of her work, Amanda is warm and personable and immediately made me comfortable.

Projects can be completed on a à la carte basis, or packaged. Discuss with The 360 Concierge to figure out what’s best for you and your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new client reaches out, I ask that we have a quick 10 to 15 minute intro conversation to discuss the clients needs. At that point, we can discuss specifics and I can set expectations for timelines, costs, and overall project details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years and able to handle multiple tasks at once. I have incredible attention to detail, reliable, trustworthy and hold professional real estate salesperson licenses in multiple states.
