DMV Renovation did an amazing job on our bathroom and kitchen. Julio was fantastic to work with start to finish. He was always available for questions, worked to understand our vision, and always kept price in mind. We were particularly impressed with the beautiful tilework and innovation he brought to our tricky bathroom set up and problem solving when removing our kitchen bulkhead. His team was hardworking, always considerate, and delivered on the quality promised. He was also quick. We didn't have to wait too long to start or for the work to be complete. We could not have been happier and the pictures prove it! (There is also a picture of pipes. It may look like much, but our plumbing was an absolute disaster and needed to be completely reworked to get the height we needed for the cabinets. The DMV miracle workers were able to work their magic and make our kitchen dream a reality) We will 100% reach back out to Julio and the team for our next project.

If you’re looking for a a top notch team for a remodeling project then look no further than DMV Renovation. From my first initial contact with Elena to then meeting with Julio to discuss the project, I knew that I was engaging with a skilled, professional team. While they were not my lowest quote, I felt that paying more for their expertise would be worth it. I was not wrong. Marvin, Jonathan, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job with adding a second bathroom to my outdated 50s Rambler. Marvin is a skilled craftsman and also a truly wonderful person. Once I have the funds to partially finish my basement, I will be calling them to do the job. Highly recommend!

Julio and his team are hardworking professionals! They completely designed and remodeled our kitchen! They also redid the flooring to match the existing hardwoods in the house. Julio Guzman with IRS, inc recently completed a kitchen remodel job at my home. They were serious about the quality of their work. Attentive to detail. They were instrumental in creating ways to customize kitchen. I was pleased with the time spent and punctuality. The crew was professional under Mr Guzman’s monitoring. They worked extremely hard on kitchen remodeling. All time was well spent. They even worked on a Sunday. Prior to meeting with IRS, inc, , another competitor said that the project would take 6 weeks for completion. However, it only took IRS, inc a little over 2 weeks. My wife and I were extremely happy with their work and immediately began to share our good fortune with friends and family who may want home improvement in the future. Innovative Remodeling was great. So many contractors schedule then forget, but not Innovative. They were on the ball and made sure "we were still on" the day before. Crew arrived on time and got to work promptly. I needed to have a bed assembled, and the project went longer than anticipated, but Innovative made good on their word and completed the project as agreed upon and exceeded expectations by going above and beyond to help move the bed into place. I would definitely hire again!

15 years of experience added to six years of teenage apprentice puts me at a position where experience is my main education. Never the mess besides college education which adds higher level of professionalism I have been trained in the field to better local Codes and modern tendencies, as well as environmental and energy efficiency trend.
