Introduction
I am a craft cocktail bartender with more than 4 years of high volume restaurant experience. Also, I've worked a variety of private events for friends and family. Now, I'm expanding my services as a freelance/private bartender. I can engage guests and make some of the best old fashioneds, manhattans, cosmos, and margaritas you've ever tasted! I have a large mental catalog of classic and signature cocktails. My beer and wine knowledge is also above average. You provide the spirits, cordials, bitters, beer, wine, etc., and I'll use my bar tools to give you and your guests the best beverage experience! If you need product recommendations or guidance, I'm happy to help! Currently, I service Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.

I recently attended an event where Simone was the private bartender, and I was thoroughly impressed with her service. She had everything set up perfectly in time. Throughout the night, Simone was incredibly professional, and offered some great drink recommendations that were a hit with the guests. She was thorough but very personable. Overall, Simone's bartending skills significantly enhanced the event, and I would highly recommend her for any occasion.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Although I do not provide alcohol, it is important to speak with my clients to determine what type of beverage experience they desire. Some clients simply want to offer beer, wine, soft drinks, and basic mixers (vodka and club soda, etc.). Others want more complex cocktails such as French Martinis, Sidecar, and more. I've had clients who ask for recommendations for signature cocktails, which I am fine to assist with. It's important to know what is wanted in order to make appropriate suggestions for products

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am TIPS and Servsafe certified. Also, I have liability insurance.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began bartending in 2019 after taking a bartending class.
