- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We put forward democratic prices and the diagnostic fee which is only $90. The diagnostic fee will be included in the cost of labor. There's no hidden fees and extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Perform repairs or maintenance as agreed with the customer. Replace defective parts, perform adjustments, clean components, or perform any other necessary procedures to restore the functionality of the device or ensure proper service. After repair or maintenance is completed, we perform final checks and tests to ensure that the device is working properly and the problem has been corrected. In the end, we will advise you on the correct use and care of the device.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is a family owned and operated company. Everything started back in 1971 by my father overseas and I joined in 2010 after graduating and following my father's steps. Being for so many years in the business, brings a ton of experience and we really know our trade inside out.
