I put my request in to Thumbtack for service to my garage door at about 2 PM. 24/7 responded within minutes. They were on the job within an hour. It’s not even 5 o’clock and they are completely done and the work is excellent! They knew exactly what to do and had the parts needed with them. The technician was very kind and professional. I’ve been with Thumbtack for probably eight years and have done many jobs. This is probably the best that I’ve had the whole time. If you have a garage door issue, this is your Company!
