Serge was so quick to respond once I submitted a request on Thumbtack! It was my first ever experience using the app. He responded within a few minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Serge! I cannot express this enough. If you are in search of a reputable experienced company, please do yourself a favor and contact him. He was prompt, thorough, polite, very professional, helpful, insightful, and deep down a genuine good person. He explained my situation and what course of action he recommended going forward. He was by far exceptional, exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely reach out to him again for any potential future issues. What I can say about him is he can also fortify and not all companies listed this capability. He’ll do everything he can to keep rodents out —seal, caulk, plug, and secure gaps and cracks.
