Kaiwasi construction did a great job helping to transform my house. My master bath went from small and ugly to absolutely stunning. They also changed my kitchen laundry room into a separate laundry and pantry space. Very happy with their professional work. The entire team, from tear down, to build out of shower and to installation of assori, they did an excellent job. Anything that was questionable, they contacted me immediately.

Excellent experience all around. Hernan was responsive, punctual, and went out of his way to make sure the job was done well. When one of the items I needed to complete my kitchen cabinet install couldn't be sourced, Hernan saved the day with a substitute that was way better than what was available at my local hardware store. A+

We had the crew replace a rotten and poorly installed door frame that was allowing water into the subfloor. While it wasn't the lowest quote we received, but it was thoughtful and addressed our concerns knowing it would be fixed right. The repairs were done quickly and skillfully with pictures and explanations of the repairs done. We are extremely happy and will use them in the future
