Malcholm was great to work with! He is quick to respond and to clarify what is needed. He helped me with my vision so that I could help him. The videos he produced were top notch and he made everyone feel at ease during filming. Afterwards, it was a very quick turnaround for finished product and he was very responsive to changes that we needed made. I highly recommend this company!

Working with Malcholm and his team was a dream. From the get go he was available, professional, helpful, and easy to work with. He responds to emails within minutes (i've never seen anything like it). He effortlessly picked up on my businesses vibe and was able to convey that through the video post production- with little to no conversation about it. He provides quality work with the quickest turnaround i've ever experienced. On the day of our shoot, everything went SO smoothly I was worried that it was TOO easy- and that the final product wouldn't be as perfect as I needed it. But just like everything MJR does- it exceeded expectations. There were creative bits weaved in that turned my educational piece into something a lot more fun. I'm hesitant to write this review because I will definitely be using him for all my future projects and want to make sure he's available! He was a joy to spend the day with and I feel extremely lucky I found him! Thank you THUMBTACK!

I was looking (short notice) for a videographer who could do a documentary-style film for my family and capture the history of my family for future generations. I needed someone who had a depth of skill and talent. I turned to Thumbtack, never having used this platform before, and did a search. Mjr Visuals was one of the companies I reached out to and within a short amount time I received a response from Malcholm. He was on the road that day but offered to speak to me about my project to hear more about wanted I to accomplish. After that conversation, I knew he was the right person for the job. He was enthusiastic from the beginning, treated the project as if he was filming his own family and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He is based in the DC/VA area but he drove to Philadelphia to film. He arrived early, stayed all day and he was extremely responsive leading up to the date and after during the editing process. I am a tough critic with high standards and personal accountability is critical. The final product is of exceptional quality and I am very pleased. I not only highly recommend MjrVisuals and Malcholm but I hope to have an opportunity to work with this company again in a personal or professional capacity.

All our pricing is listed on our website, listed under pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MJRvisuals we believe in communication and transparency Once a quote is provided and services agreed upon a contract is written and forwarded to the client for revel and signing. The contract is sent to ensure that we provide the exact details discussed and agreed upon. A contract ensures that. A deposit is then processed, online, and we provide the service. We normally give a 10 - 22 day turnaround on all deliverables but it can be faster if requested. As quick as 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We actually refresh and train on software and equipment weekly as part of our workflow.
