Malcholm was great to work with! He is quick to respond and to clarify what is needed. He helped me with my vision so that I could help him. The videos he produced were top notch and he made everyone feel at ease during filming. Afterwards, it was a very quick turnaround for finished product and he was very responsive to changes that we needed made. I highly recommend this company!

I was booked to speak two days before an event and wanted to capture it on video. Malcholm responded quickly, arrived onsite before I did and captured the audio separately....amazing! But more importantly, he is setup and ready to do business. His process is all on paper, which is reassuring. I never wondered what’s next. Oh, and my edited video (final) was delivered earlier than scheduled.

Malcholm was awesome. Not only did he take the job short notice but he was on time and very professional. The videos of our dance recital are amazing. You can see the joy of dance on the children's faces while still being able to see every child dance. If you are looking for someone to produce a high quality video that includes changes in stage lighting and background video this is definitely the Videographer for you. His turnover time from shooting to final editing is unmatched. We had an edited copy in a week. As a bonus Malchom is just a great person to work with and was truly enthusiastic about filming our event. I highly recommend his company. I hope to see him next year.

Can't say enough good things about Malcholm and his team at MJR. I hired them to film an event for Silver Diner restaurants. They were very prepared, extremely quick to respond, and were attentive to our needs and requests. Our company is extremely happy with the quality of the footage he captured and equally impressed with the highlight videos he edited from the event footage. I would highly recommend!

Malcholm and his work were both phenomenal. I hired him to do some filming in DC schools for my dissertation research, and he was flexible, professional, responsive, patient, and hard-working from day one. He truly listened to what I needed and wanted out of my films, and he did everything he could to make my vision happen. He showed up early on both filming days, and was great at doing what he needed to do, all while respecting and protecting the work that my teachers and students were doing. He edited my films (over 16 hours of footage across multiple microphones and cameras, down to 15-minute beautiful videos!) much quicker than he had estimated, and well before I needed them. I was the WORST type of client because 1) I have none of the expertise that Malcholm has, and yet 2) I had very specific ideas of what I needed/wanted, for the purposes of my research. Malcholm was patient and kind with me from start to finish, and he even made this whole filming/editing process fun! I cannot say enough good things about Malcholm and his company, you won't be sorry should you choose to work with him!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MJRvisuals we believe in communication and transparency Once a quote is provided and services agreed upon a contract is written and forwarded to the client for revel and signing. The contract is sent to ensure that we provide the exact details discussed and agreed upon. A contract ensures that. A deposit is then processed, online, and we provide the service. We normally give a 10 - 22 day turnaround on all deliverables but it can be faster if requested. As quick as 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We actually refresh and train on software and equipment weekly as part of our workflow.
