- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price per hour is $50. I also have a package with discounts. The package are available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tennis for a new customer: 1. A thorough description of the dimensions of the tennis courts and game will be discussed. 2. An understanding of how to correctly hold and swing the tennis racket, while using your feet in position to get to the balls. 3. Controlling the balls are very important when playing. There will be time when I focus a lot on keep the balls in play when hitting across the next and drill which involve bouncing the balls on the racket. It's very important to develop ball control and hand eye coordination especially for beginner. 4. There will be a process of repetitively hitting a lot of balls during drills and games while maintaining the correct techniques. ------ Physical Fitness for a new customer: 1. There will be a short consultation. This will help us be on the same page for expectations of the training program and goals for the future. This will also involve short exercises to see where the customer is in regards to working out and will allow me to know their current fitness level in regards to cardiovascular; upper body strength; lower body strength; flexibility; and core strength. 2. For the ongoing sessions there will be a rotation of exercise which will usually focus on certain body parts. We'll focus on groups of body parts and make sure the form is always right when exercising.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a lot of group and private tennis trainings from coaches which prepared me for tennis tournaments.
