- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every tax situation is unique, so we do not offer a fixed price list. Our basic review services start at $175, while more complex returns—such as multi-state corporate filings—can go up to $5,000. We’re happy to provide a personalized quote based on your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free initial consultation to understand your specific needs and situation. Once we proceed, we send an engagement letter, followed by the client uploading necessary documents. From there, we prepare the return, schedule a review call to go over the details, and then proceed with filing the return.
