Daryl helped us become 1st-time homeowners when we bought our downtown DC condo years ago, and he was our first & only choice to guide us through selling it & upgrading to our new home last year. He is unfailingly honest in his assessments of both the places you’ll see, and has an uncanny eye for showing you places you might not have thought would interest you (for one reason or another) but in fact do very much become contenders - so to say he is excellent at understanding your needs AND your wants, and helping you see the difference even when you might not.
He’s also excellent with all of the paperwork details, very knowledgable and thorough and can put things into terms that laypeople can understand, but without sacrificing the real meaning or importance of the thing.
And above all he’a just a terrificly good guy, and a pleasure to hang out with while looking at places. Overall cannot recommend him highly enough.
