- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee does not increase in a multi cat household.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation in which I welcome any questions a client may have about myself and the services I offer. Of course, meeting your feline family is of the essence, if your cat so desires. I also ask that you as the guardian enact the role of your cat within the sharing of likes and dislikes, viable information to me which is denoted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several media sites are constantly reviewed to gather beneficial information pertaining to the overall well being of a cat in various aspects pertaining to their physical and mental wellness
