Building confidence and self esteem are at the core of what I do. My passion comes from working with different people at various fitness levels and each just as important at the next. Creating a fitness plan that is curtailed to everyone's personal needs is what drives me. Everyday I make huge impacts on the lives of people. Their joys are my joys as well as their setbacks and determinations. Fitness and health awareness is a passion that I want to share with the world.

We decided to go with Sam as our personal trainer because after talking to him once, my boyfriend and I were inspired and motivated to work out and eat healthy. We had our evaluation session and Sam was amazing. He really cares about his clients. Sam was engaged, pushed us just the right amount and gave us a lot of feedback and information. Highly recommend.

Just started training with Sam. As someone who hates working out, he makes it fun and really cares about his clients. Unlike some personal trainers, he meets you where you are at and makes a sincere effort to understand what works (or doesn’t work) for you. He challenges—but encourages. You should check him out.
