My name is Jack, I am a certified personal trainer and I love helping people accomplish their health and fitness goals. Whether you are looking to get back in shape and lose weight or you are looking to level up your fitness and set a PR I will help you achieve your personal best! I’ll create for you a custom workout plan to increase your mobility, strength, stamina, and help you look and feel the way you want. Jack is an amazing trainer, you can tell he really values his clients and making sure that you meet your goals. He helped me with getting in shape for basic training, and gave me the tools to succeed for when I ship out. 10/10 experience and if I ever need a personal trainer again and he’s still in the market I’m going back to Jack 🤝🏾.
