- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First week: Onboarding Call We will get measurements, before pictures, scheduling, and cardio plan outside of workouts. Main Goal Structure and Consistency Week 2 Determine the proper weights for all muscle groups and start focusing on stabilizing the muscle Main Goal Getting all Cardio Done outside of training Week 3 Determine parts of plan that need to be adjusted. Weight Check Main Goal Focusing on making these new habits a lifestyle. Week 4 Determine if this is a long term fit option

With 11 years of experience, I have trained thousands of clients with a variety of fitness levels ranging from 5 to 90 years old. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicene, Senior Fitness Specialist, Nutrition Specialist, and Prenatal and Postnatal Specialist
